Holds a Master of Science Degree in Ecology and Environment and a BSc Honors degree in Agriculture both from the University of Zimbabwe. Exposed to Agricultural and Environmental work and works from both the laboratory through to field work. I am a goal oriented Environmentalist with effective skills in Monitoring and Evaluation with excellent oral and written communication skills. WORK EXPERIENCE Position: Project Advisor, Environmental and Ecosystems Management Programme: Conservation Excellence and Development Trust, January 2016- Present Duties:  oversee waste management schemes, such as at landfill sites;  Assesses and monitors ecological or environmental risk, disaster or hazards for planning, decision making and environmental management in communal, resettlement, urban and commercial areas;  supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water sources;  assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new waste disposal schemes;  ensure compliance with current legislation in the transportation, handling and disposal of waste;  consult with residents, community groups, councilors, housing associations and traders' associations about waste management issues, identify their requirements and provide appropriate solutions;  develop research projects and contribute to the activities of national groups concerned with waste disposal;  Managing kitchen waste recycling for fertilizer (Bokashi);  Educating youth on conservation of nature and organic agriculture;  Helping in setting up an Environmental Education Center in Zimuto communal area, Masvingo.
