-Expert for regional development and land use planning;

- Geo-information (gis + remote sensing), multivariate statistics;

- Strong research, analysis,communication, advocacy and management abilities;

- Experience in participatory processes and ability to work in teams, as well as in complex environments;

- Conversant with EU­PCM and integration of environment and climate change in development cooperation

(evaluation, monitoring, reporting, iterative planning; LFA tools;
