I have total 18 years of experience in Information Communication Technology and Monitoring & Evaluation roles involving information and knowledge management, project management, systems integration for Monitoring & Evaluation with a variety of multilaterals as well as donor organizations including World Bank, UNDP, USAID, Pakistan Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) and Swiss Agency for Development & Cooperation.
13 years of professional level experience
- System analysis, requirement & specification, business processes development, data analysis (qualitative & quantitative) and implementation of ICT infrastructure improvements. It involved writing technical documentation based on different approaches for project management.
- More than 7 years of experience working in Monitoring & Evaluation field doing research for project planning in addition to organizing and conducting evaluations, identifying issues and managing programs. Preparing PC-Is, work plans, development of M&E frameworks, drafting and seeking approvals for the guidelines for Grievance & Redressal Mechanism of Donor Financed projects. It also includes managing the development and design of assessments, preparing progress reports and monitoring and following the progress of proposals and projects.
- While working Specialist for World Bank financed projects, I have reviewed and finalized Project Appraisal Documents, Project Operational Manuals, critically reviewing and provided inputs on the restructuring papers for the government projects financed through Donors bi-laterals and multilaterals.
- Acquired trainings and hands on experience of Monitoring & Evaluation, HR Management & Administration, Project Management, Communication & Strategy Management from Lahore University of Management (LUMS) and Impact Evaluation Design & Implementation from Georgia State University Atlanta United States.
- Well versed with government’s public procurement regulations, World Bank procurement procedures and modern Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning knowledge techniques. I have also remained part of different procurement and evaluation committee responsible for ensuring that all the projects under World Bank financed projects are incompliance with the procurement guidelines.
5 years of significant, progressive experience at entry level in information-technology by delivering web and client/server-based applications, MIS solutions, network solutions, custom development projects, customization of packaged products as well as designed cost effective systems/solutions and guiding developers in resolutions of technical issues.
