Some of them are Implementing Secure Transaction System in Brunei, Suriname and Lao PDR where he managed to replace old paper based systems with electronic (online) system, Mr. Cosic assisted goverments of those countries in drafting new legislation, redsigning business processes, business rules and requirements. USAID ELMO project (Enabling Labor Mobility Project) where he was involved as Senior Advisor on Component One where he successfully implemented Unified Collection System (one stop shop) in both entities. Mr. Cosic undertook needs assessment and analysis of the existing institutional settings, drafted and proposed new business proces and implemented a new way to collect social contributions in both entities. He was in charge of drafting law and business rules and requirements, also managed and lead all meetings with more than 26 different stakeholders from both entities.
