I have a long record of professional work experience in the field of natural resource management and forestry. My involvement in the joint conduction of technical tasks often created the ground for team building and trust building. Repeatedly, my stakeholder-balanced, partner-related and cooperative commitment resulted into high acceptance, also among local staff. I have consulting experience in different international and national projects with an emphasis on forestry in Europe and Asia (e.g.  forest management planning, participatory forestry, stakeholder and policy analysis, capacity development, conduction of inventories in nature forests and managed forests, capacity building of user groups, training of university staff and students, climate adapted land management, afforestation, participatory establishment of thinning experiments, climate-growth research etc.). In addition, I also carry out FSC audits (Chain of Custody) in the wood and paper industry and offer separate advice.
