MRC: partnership: responsive mode

Objectives: The grant seeks to encourage new partnerships among researchers in the fields of infections and immunity, molecular and cellular medicine, neurosciences and mental health, population and systems medicine to promote advancements in these areas. By establishing high-value collaborative activities, the scheme aims to add value to existing high-quality research programmes backed by the Medical Research Council (MRC) and other funders. The partnerships are expected to transform the understanding of human health and foster interdisciplinary projects that leverage diverse specialist knowledge to address significant challenges within the designated fields. Funding is intended for collaborative activities such as training, development of shared resources, and innovative pilot studies, over one to five years.
