2026 Market Access Program

Objectives: The Market Access Program (MAP) by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service seeks to foster expanded exports and market diversification for U.S. agricultural commodities. The program encourages the development, maintenance, and expansion of diverse commercial export markets. Total funding anticipated is no less than $200 million, with 60-70 awards expected. The program covers a range of agricultural commodities, except tobacco, supporting marketing and promotion activities to broaden export reach. Applicants are required to share costs for both generic and branded activities leveraging program funds alongside their contributions to achieve strategic market export goals.
