Objectives: The overarching goal of this grant is to bolster Burundian women's leadership within the justice sector, rule of law, social cohesion, and local governance, emphasizing the respect and promotion of women's human rights. Specific objectives include supporting creative initiatives for women's leadership access in justice and governance, encouraging mentorship and training for young women leaders, promoting positive masculinity and male engagement to dismantle gender stereotypes, and strengthening civil society organizations advocating for women's participation in governance, justice, and conflict prevention.
