Emergency Initiative in the sectors of Education, Protection and WASH - AID 013146/01/0

Objectives: The Emergency Initiative in Lebanon, with a total funding of €9,300,000, aims to address critical needs in the sectors of Education, Child Protection, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene). Specifically, this initiative seeks to ensure access to quality, inclusive education and protection services for school-aged children, and improve equitable access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation services. The projects are designed within the framework of the LRP, UNSDCF, MEHE 5-year plan, and the National Water Sector Strategy 2024-2035 to achieve significant improvements in the highlighted sectors, targeting vulnerable communities across Lebanon, including local children, Syrian and Palestinian refugees, and children out of school.
