Promoting gender-responsive actions in Palestine – Integrating women in the culture and creativity industry

Objectives: The initiative aims to enhance gender-responsive socio-economic development in Palestine by increasing connections between universities and the private sector, focusing on women’s access to the labor market in sectors like design, journalism, media, and digital audio-visual production. The objectives include reinforcing the skills of female students to better align with labor market needs, and facilitating women's job placement and female entrepreneurship through scholarships, study exchanges, internships, and partnerships between academic institutions and employers. Additionally, the program targets young women survivors of gender-based violence, offering them qualified job placements as part of their reintegration process.
