Call for Concept Notes (CN) for youth employment projects

Objectives: The F4J Careerz program aims to enhance youth employment opportunities in the West Bank by addressing key barriers faced by Palestinian unemployed youth aged 18-29. The program advances training and employment services through local Service Providers (SPs) to align youth skills with employer needs, creating sustainable job opportunities. Utilizing a Development Impact Bond (DIB) financing tool, the program seeks to achieve job outcomes while ensuring transparency through Independent Verification Agents. By promoting results-based financing, the program steers focus towards genuine employment rather than training alone, setting a precedent for employment-focused service provision in Palestine.
