Enhancing the Uptake of HPV Vaccine and Nutrition Services among Out-of-School Young Adolescents in Selected Regions of Tanzania

Objectives: The primary goal of this initiative is to improve access to essential sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, particularly the uptake of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine and nutrition services among out-of-school adolescent girls in Tanzania. These young adolescents face unique socio-cultural and structural barriers that limit their access to health services. The project will focus on behavior change communication, community engagement, capacity building of service providers, and linking teenage girls with educational and social services. Successful implementation aims to bridge gaps, increase service awareness, and foster gender equality, improving the health and education outcomes of these adolescent girls.
