U.S.-Ukraine University Partnerships for Peace and Security

Objectives: The U.S.-Ukraine University Partnerships for Peace and Security program aims to promote shared security, stability, and technological innovation between the United States and Ukraine. This is achieved by fostering collaborative partnerships between universities, industries, and research institutions from both countries in critical areas. The partnerships will enhance defense capabilities, cybersecurity, energy security, and promote technological advancements and shared knowledge. Additionally, they will facilitate the transition of technology from wartime applications to economic expansion opportunities. Ultimately, the partnerships are designed to strengthen U.S. national security and ensure Ukraine remains a robust partner.
