BEN23001-10021 – Accompagnement et prise en compte du genre dans les activités du projet Formation et Insertion Professionnelle Agricole (FIPA)

Objectives: The overall goal of this call for proposals is to contribute to improving women's empowerment and reducing gender inequalities in the agricultural sector in Benin. Specifically, it aims to empower socially the rice parboiling women in Collines department and to enhance gender equality acknowledgment by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and agricultural workers involved in the FIPA project. Expected outcomes include enhanced social empowerment of women rice parboilers and SMEs adopting gender equality in their activities, evidenced by competency improvement in targeted groups.
