Objectives: The purpose of this funding opportunity is to promote reduced reliance on federal funding and enhance program effectiveness through the most recent U.S. best practices in measurable goal setting, data analysis, and project monitoring for accountability of public diplomacy implementing partners in Paraguay in the framework of America 250. The program aims to equip implementing partners with skills in developing SMART goals, enhance monitoring and evaluation capabilities, build organizational capacity for sustainability, and improve financial management and reporting.
