Building the Future: A Learning Hub for CSOs Under 5 Years Old

Objectives: USPEaK, a women-led organization in Lebanon, is launching a capacity-building learning group as part of the Leaders Academy Project, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Beirut. The initiative supports young civil society organizations (CSOs) less than five years old, providing them with intensive workshops over four months in Beirut. Focus areas include strategic planning, proposal writing, and institutional growth. Aimed at CSOs engaged in social, economic, or governance-related work, the program seeks to enhance organizational capabilities, strategic alignment, and donor engagement, culminating in a final event promoting networking and future funding opportunities.
