Octava Foundation is a private grant-maker based in Singapore with the vision to empower children and youth, so they have equitable opportunities to excel as citizens and contribute to a better world, irrespective of their social economic conditions.

Our mission is to enable equitable learning and development opportunities for children and youth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
We do so by embracing a venture philanthropy approach in supporting partners including social innovators, entrepreneurs, social purpose organizations and state actors, to develop catalytic solutions, strengthen their proposition’s effectiveness, to ultimately furthering their impact in addressing the disadvantage gaps.
