The agency functions in numerous countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe. USAID Palestine/West Bank & Gaza has issued a business forecast entitled “Small and Medium Enterprise Assistance for Recovery and Transition (SMART)”, the goal of which is to facilitate a quick recovery for Palestinian small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially considering the impact that the COVID-19 crisis has had on these. SMART will help them to develop, grow and recover their productivity levels. The anticipated solicitation release date is November 5, 2021. The anticipated award date is September 20, 2021.
