Trust Consultancy and Development is an independent Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Capacity Development consulting firm based in Gaziantep, Turkey. Founded in 2016, Trust is now a well-established leading provider of third-party monitoring (TPM), evaluations, verification, capacity building, and data collection services for development and humanitarian programming in Syria and the surrounding MENA region. We are now publishing an open call for Sectoral Technical Consultants with expertise in WASH, Shelter, Food Security/Livelihoods, Cash-based Assistance, Private sector, business and labor market, and Peacebuilding.

We are currently in need of additional consultants in the thematic areas of social cohesion, disability mainstreaming, civil society, and child labor and trafficking within child protection.

Technical consultants play an important role in our project teams, contributing valuable insights and specific knowledge of these sectors. In this role, consultants work with our experienced M&E teams to ensure rigorous, inclusive data collection in relevant and appropriate ways for affected populations, and to provide targeted, practicable recommendations to our clients to help them improve their programming and maximize impact.

Requirement: At least 3 years’ experience in any of the humanitarian sectors with native/very good English and good Turkish or Arabic or Kurdish is an advantage.**

Role may include:

Contribution to inception phase - desk review, tool design/review
Design and implementation of data collection strategies
Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
Contribution to report writing and drafting of recommendations
