Background

Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is an NBFC set up by Friends of Women’s World Banking – India (FWWB) in 2009, with the objective of reaching out to a large section of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and grass root entities. Ananya is one of the responsible NBFCs in India with the commitment to serve socially motivated bottom-line enterprises. It is also one of the few wholesale lenders that specializes in combining credit support with technical assistance to Microfinance Institutions, Agribusiness entities & MSMEs.

Roles & Responsibilities

o Liasioning with banks, other lenders, investors and other treasuries for fund raising and securitization activities.

o Preparation of Information Memorandum, Process notes, Corporate Deck for submission to lenders.
o Providing all relevant data during the due-diligence process and preparation of replies and resolving

queries arising during the process.

o Maintenance and management of the soft/hard documents efficiently and productively. o Preparation of projected financial Business plan in excel.

o Analysis of existing and future cost of funds- on a monthly / adhoc basis

o Relationship management with all financial partners and ensuring contracted compliance and Financial and other conditions.

o Accountability /Tracking lenders payment and preparing the report on regular / adhoc basis. o Preparation of lenders reporting and assuring the deliverables on time.

o Interact with external rating agencies to improve the credit rating of the Company.

o Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and recommending best practice strategies under institutional fundraising.

Qualification and other skills requirements

• CA / MBA- finance

• 2-6 years’ experience in NBFC/BFSI/MFI sector

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and report writing and presentation skills

• Deep understanding of preparing Management information reports

• Working knowledge of financial analysis including CMA, ratio analysis, budgeting and projections

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PPT.

• Ability to work under pressure and against tight timelines
