MISSION: Evaluation of the EU support to the migration management – Project/Programme Evaluation
OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT: The objective of this mission is to provide the relevant services of the European Union, the interested stakeholders and the wider public with:
- an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the Migration management in the Republic of Serbia, paying particular attention to its results measured against its expected objectives; efficiency of modalities of contracting chosen and the reasons underpinning such results;
- an assessment of the capacities of the national migration management authorities to implement the support in a qualitative manner, of the degree of improvement of the migration management system and its sustainability;
- an assessment of the capacity of the migration management system in Serbia to adapt service provision in view of rapidly changing situations and requirement;
- key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Key Expert 2 (20WD)
- Master Degree or Bachelor with professional experience of at least 3 years (which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below)
- At least 6 years of professional experience in evaluation of programmes/policies
- Experience in at least three evaluations done in relation to Migration management;
- Professional experience in Western Balkans region would be considered as advantage;
- Excellent command of English and knowledge of Serbian would be considered as advantage.
