Description
Trust Consultancy and Development is seeking an experienced trainer to carry out a 4 days of training over 2 rounds with 2 days per week over 2 weeks, delivered between November and January.
This is for staff from different units such as program, finance, HR, ethics, and such. This training is aiming at supporting staff in gaining a better understanding of emotional intelligence, self-management, and self- awareness. The suggested topics are:
What is emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence skills
Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Social Management and Responsibility
Tools to regulate emotions and make impact
Gaining control and business practices
Creative and innovative technics to better understand and manage emotions.
The Trainer qualifications are:
Bachelor or postgraduate degree or equivalent in a related field and experience relevant to the function in a comparable environment, with non-governmental organizations
Knowledge of the context and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Both spoken and written English and Arabic are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience and willingness to conduct online training as required.
Trainers will be responsible for all training material, including the agenda, pre/post test, all PPTs and exercises.
