Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors' or higher degree in engineering, economics, architecture or urban planning. In the absence of a university degree in these fields, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the sustainable urban mobility projects is required,
• Excellent spoken and written English,
• Good level of computer literacy.

General professional experience

• Minimum IO years of general professional experience.

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SUMP preparation, development and/or implementation,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in capacity building or training in the field of sustainable urban mobility.
