Junior Non-Key Expert MoR Cybersecurity Training

GIZ International Services is currently implementing a project in Ethiopia :Technical Assistance for Business Environment and Investment Climate (BEIC). Funded by the European Union, the Technical Assistance for Business Environment and Investment Climate (BEIC), including e-government will contribute to the improvement of the business environment in Ethiopia, to foster private sector development and the generation of employment and income opportunities in the context of the EODB programme of the government.
Objectives
The consultancy assignment, which is the subject of this job ad, falls within the above-mentioned service contract. The Junior Non-Key Expert (JNKE) will work under the supervision of Key Expert 2: E-governance Expert and the SNKE-2.2-1.
Tasks
The overarching objective of the JNKE is to manage Activity 2.2 which covers “Providing training for MoR staff in the relevant IT fields, in security and in cybersecurity”.
In particular, the JNKE will be responsible for the activity 2.2 for Providing support to the SNKE in charge of training for MoR staff in the relevant IT fields, in security and in cybersecurity. This activity includes the following tasks:
Key deliverables
The Junior Non-Key Expert will contribute to the following deliverables under the supervision of the SNKE-2.2-1:
1. D-2.2-1: Training program and curriculum including agenda and participant list to be delivered three days after the start of the activity;
2. M-2.2-1: Training delivered by the SNKE 8 days after the start of the activity;
3. D-2.2-2: Report on activity including training evaluation, after the delivery of the training by the SNKE. To be delivered 9 days after the start of the activity and the delivery of the training by the SNKE.
