Senior and Junior Non-Key Experts for the Project in Ukraine "EU4Business: SME Policies and Institutions Support Ukraine"

IDI will hire Senior and Junior Non-key Experts for an EU-funded project in Ukraine. The profiles of the non-key experts for this contract are as follows:

• SME policy expert(s)
• Legal/regulatory expert(s)
• Legal drafting expert(s)
• Public dialogue/business advocacy expert(s)
• SME innovation and digitalisation expert(s)
• Communication and visibility expert(s)

The experts will be graded as senior/junior. To qualify as senior expert he/she must comply with the following requirements

Qualifications and skills:

• University/academic degree in an appropriate discipline (or equivalent 5 years of relevant experience additional to that required below under the professional experience);
• Asset: knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian.

Professional experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in the area of private sector/SME development.

Experts not matching those criteria will be considered as junior experts. All experts must be able to use English as the working language in the project.
