Regional Field Coordinator - MENA Region

Objective: The Regional Field Coordinator will be a member of Exigo’s team responsible for the field coordination of the Company’s projects undertaken in the MENA Region.

Exigo provides Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and research services for humanitarian and development actors, to inform their programming and inform decision-makers through evidence based research by documenting lessons learned from past experiences, and informing future interventions and policy.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and participate in the recruitment of a team of local enumerators
Support the Project Manager in developing trainings of field teams
Coordinate and supervise the field teams during data collection
Submit daily progress report to the Project Manager
Assess the security situation in the targeted areas before and during data collection
Perform any other relevant duties or tasks as assigned or required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent coordination and reporting skills
Previous experience in coordinating field teams in the MENA region, including countries such as Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Yemen
Experience managing multiple teams remotely
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and adapt to change quickly
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English and Arabic

DESIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Willingness to learn and open to new ways of working
Comfortable in cross cultural communication with people from different backgrounds
Experience in and knowledge of the context in the MENA region
Ready to travel in the region and internationally and work with people of diverse culture and backgrounds
