We are looking for a (Senior) consultant to join our Economic Growth team that is working on European projects in the areas of industrial modernization, competitiveness, and digital policy. The latter being a core area of growth for us in the coming period. Our activities consist mostly of economic and policy studies (e.g. Impact Assessments, sector studies, evaluations), consultancy and technical assistance (e.g. coordination and management of Technical Assistance Facilities). Our clients are mainly EU institutions (namely DG GROW, CNECT, EISMEA).

What will your typical tasks include?

Managing/Coordinating projects and ensuring smooth delivery of contracts, working closely with other project members in the thematic area of digital policy;
Participating in the design and implementation of research studies, including evaluations, impact assessments applying methodologies in line with the European Commission’s better regulation guidelines;
Taking care of client relationships and ensuring smooth internal and external communication;
Undertaking business development in the area of digital policy and build relationships with clients to advance the company's profile;
Identifying new opportunities and playing a lead role in winning work through EU tenders;
Acting as leading contact point for clients, stakeholders and experts;
Leading and providing high quality written inputs to reports, presentations, and other research and consultancy outputs;
Building strong working relationships with colleagues from other sectors and partner organisations;
Identifying and responding to appropriate project opportunities from clients and liaise with parts of the company and partner organisations to achieve a coordinated response;

What will you bring?

In-depth knowledge of European digital policies through work experience (>5 years);
Previous experience working for/with DG CNECT, DG GROW or other European Commission directorates on digital policy or digital transition projects;
Proven project management experience;
Highly motivated with strong communication- and business development skills;
Fluency in English. Other language capabilities would be an asset;
Experience with impact assessment, evaluation and/or other research projects;
A proven track record in winning work coupled with high quality project delivery.
