management4health (m4h) is a network of health professionals founded in 2013, meanwhile a rapidly growing consultancy firm in the international health development sector. Our areas of competency include Health Systems Development, Health Services, Health Facilities and Digital Health Information & Research. Our key clients include the German Development Cooperation (KfW and GIZ), the EU, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, national Ministries, foundations as well as private clients. The projects we implement for our Clients span across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

m4h is currently seeking to expand its dynamic head office team in Frankfurt am Main/Germany with an expert recruitment and management talent.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, proactively address, and manage contacts with professional (freelance) experts by world-wide sourcing and identifying of suitable experts at an early stage
• Develop a network and a basis of trust with the experts
• Feed m4h expert database with international, regional, and national experts, maintain quality, completeness, and regular update
• Handle the whole recruitment process for proposals and projects
• Keep an overview on all ongoing project acquisition projects and make cross-connections between all ongoing acquisition process and expert searches
• Review Terms of Reference and develop evaluation grids
• Identify experts matching the requirements, evaluate their CVs, conduct interviews, and develop a shortlist of potential experts
• Select the best candidates and conduct contract negotiations jointly with the project manager in charge
• Format, complete, fine-tune, and optimise CVs according to specific formats and requirements, collect diplomas and certificates from the experts as necessary
• Prepare short descriptions of experts

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience
• First working experience in an international environment would be desirable
• Fluent business English; German and French, good knowledge of another foreign language is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, quick perception and flexibility are your strengths
• Experience in working with databases would be an asset
• Ability to work independently, well organized, and accurate and to meet deadlines even in busy periods
• Very committed and motivated team player
• Open minded and proactive
• The post is based in Frankfurt am Main/Germany
