International CBT curricula development (ICD) specialist

e.Gen is looking for an International expert for the ADB-funded project titled "Loan 4041-UZB: Skills Development for a Modern Economy Project - CS01". e.Gen has been shortlisted for the project and preparing the proposal. The chosen candidate will be proposed in the proposal and will work with e.Gen if and when the project is awarded. Please see the attached TOR for details.

Qualifications of the expert:

Each with a postgraduate degree and a minimum of ten years demonstrated experience related to developing CBT, especially in (i) competency base standards and modular competency-based curricula development, (ii) teaching and learning material development. Each consultant must be familiar with the procedures for designing and setting up a competency-based modular training course and capable of instructing teachers on how to facilitate student learning in such a system, fluent in written and spoken English.
