Description
IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture, S.A.U. is looking for a National or International Expert based in Honduras with experience in developing and implementing gender approaches linked to climate change adaptation or sustainable development in projects, initiatives or planning instruments. The qualifications to be met by the expert are as follow:
- Education/training: University degree (Master’s) in social sciences, economics, gender studies.
- Language: Knowledge of Spanish to level C2 in the Common EuropeanFramework of Reference for Languages.
- General professional experience: 10 years of professional experience in preparing environmental, energy and other policies and projects from a gender equity, safeguarding and human rights perspective.
- Specific professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing gender approaches linked to climate change adaptation or sustainable development in projects, initiatives or planning instruments.
- Regional experience: 6 years of professional experience in projects or initiatives for Latin American countries.
- Development cooperation experience: 4 years of experience in development cooperation projects.
