Global objective: The global objective is to develop a sustainable TVET and skills financing model in Rwanda, which will result in the setting up of an NFSD.

General description of the position: Short-term experts will be called in upon demand for more specific purposes depending on the needs that may arise to support the setup of the NFSD in Rwanda. A request that may arise is expertise in Management Information systems (MIS). The short-term MIS Expert (which might change depending on demand) will be responsible for the development of a comprehensive financial management information system that will be used for effective coordination and supervision of all technical and strategic operations of the NFSD. This MIS will be a living dynamic tool that will be updated and expanded depending on the needs of the end-users and beneficiaries as well as stakeholders.

Expert category: Cat. II (>6 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required: The identity and details of the short-term expertise are not required at this stage. However, the proposal should demonstrate the methodology that the contractor would be able to mobilize experts in Management Information Systems, preferably linked to the education sector
