The International Secretariat of the FIDH is a human-sized organisation with a committed international team (49 employees in France, 20 employees in several offices abroad (Belgium, Geneva, The Hague, Bangkok, Tunis). Our Paris office is located in a lively and central area of Paris (near Bastille and Gare de Lyon).

We are recruiting HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (F/M) 12-month full time fixed-term contract

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the HRD, within a department composed of 3 employees with you (1 HRD, 1 HR Officer and 1 HR Development Officer), your main tasks in order to cope with an increase in activity, are as follows

• Managing the recruitment process in collaboration with managers
• Organising induction weeks for new employees
• Writing and updating job descriptions
• Managing individual and group training from A to Z
• Managing annual appraisal and professional interview campaigns
• Updatingthe DUERP (Single Document for the Evaluation of Professional Risks) and drawing up the PAPRIPACT (Annual Programme for the Prevention of Professional Risks and Improvement of Working Conditions),

Profile required
• 2 to 5 years of higher education in the field of Human Resources
• 5 to 8 years experience in a similar role.
• You know how to conduct a recruitment process and promote a positive employer image.
• Mastery of training systems in their entirety.
• Autonomy. Good interpersonal skills and administrative rigour. Listening and organisation. Sense of service.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and act responsively.
• Analytical skills. You have a constructive mindset that facilitates teamwork, to which you can also contribute your creativity.
• You will be working with the Ubuntu environment and Libre Office.
• English (level B1 on the European scale) and French (level C1) are required.

Conditions of use
• 12 month fixed-term contract. Position based in Paris.
• Salary: from €33.2K gross per year over 13 months, depending on experience.
• Teleworking possible with a minimum of 4 days face-to-face per month.
• 25 days of paid holiday and 24 days of RTT per year.
• Supplementary health insurance: employer’s contribution of €85 per month.
• Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9, 60% of which is covered by the FIDH.
• 50% of the cost of public transport passes or sustainable mobility package (€37.60 per month).

Position to be filled: during September 2022.
