Description

This action requires a core team of at least 3 experts (an overall project manager, a coordinator for the TFS component and a coordinator for the Africa & CSDP component) and the involvement of additional analysts for each component, focusing on specific geographical or linguistic areas.

The project manager (PM) will ensure overall steering, administrative coordination and quality control of the action. S/he will be the main point of contact for the EEAS StratCom2 for the daily management of the action. The PM should demonstrate a good experience working in/on the media sector or political analysis, notably on disinformation / FIMI. The PM should also demonstrate a strong experience in project management, notably in the framework of EU funded projects. S/he should possess strong analytical skills and English drafting skills.

Coordinators of each component should possess strong experience in working in/on the media sector or political analysis, notably on disinformation / FIMI. They should demonstrate a strong knowledge of their respective regions (MENA and Mali, Central African Republic), and be fluent in Modern Standard Arabic and English (for the TFS component) and in French and English (for the CSDP & Africa component).

Analysts in each component should demonstrate a good experience working in/on the media sector or political analysis in/on the MENA and Iran region and in Mali and Central African Republic notably on Disinformation / FIMI. They should possess strong analytical skills (notably OSINT), a solid understanding of national and/or regional politics. They should have strong English drafting skills (for the TFS component) and French and English (for the CSDP & Africa component) and be fluent in the main local/regional languages and dialects of each component.
