Job description:

We are currently preparing an offer for a project in Moldova and to strengthen our team we are looking for a local expert.

You should have knowledge and understanding of the power sector institutions and the political, legal and economic environment in Moldova, as well a the relevant legal and policy acts.

Responsibilities:

• Research, review and evaluate legal and technical documents
• Stakeholder management and interviews
• Report writing
• Capacity building

Requirements:

• Proven relevant experience in the Moldovan energy sector
• Fluency in English and Romanian
