Non-Key Experts Cat. I

The overall objective (Impact) to which the present action contributes is to substantially increase visibility, awareness, understanding and perception of the EU in Nepal.

The following minimum non-key experts’ working days and categories should be foreseen: Category I: 100 working days CVs for non-key experts, their experience related to the EU-Nepal Multi-Annual Indicative Programme 2021-2027 priority areas:
Inclusive Green Growth, Human Capital Development and Good Governance along with the cross cutting issues as well as logistic support capacities. All experts must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities they take on.

• Expert category: Category I (at least 10 years' post graduate experience)

• Qualifications and skills required: At least 10 years postgraduate experience in the sector(s) related to the lot.

• General professional experience: At least 10 years postgraduate experience in the sector(s) related to the lot.

• Specific professional experience: Specific administrative orders will specify the specific professional experience.

• Language skills: Specific administrative orders will specify the specific language skills, generally English and/or Nepali may be required
