Non Network Sanitation Expert

Qualification Requirement:

• B.E. (Civil) with 10 years experience in WSS system operation and design
• Experience of working in urban sector

Responsibility:

• Identify backstopping requirements to be met by MPUDC
• Identify capacity building requirements for MPUDC and ULBs on non network sanitation
• Develop SOPs, systems and procedures to assist ULBs to take over O&M and contract supervision of water subprojects
• Provide technical support in commissioning O&M to optimize water resources, energy consumption, faecal sludge management, effluent reuse potential Develop proposals, procedures and system for waste water management and in identifying water reuse opportunities in ULBs
• Support the team in providing training and capacity building
