International TVET Expert / Team Leader

Position:                     International TVET Expert / Team Leader

Type of contract:       Freelance Contract

Location:                    Africa, MENA Region

For our current and upcoming projects, we are looking for a qualified TVET Expert / Team Leader (m/f/d) with large experience in international development cooperation projects. The candidate’s experience should cover topics such as design of educational buildings, architecture of new educational concepts, green buildings, architectural competition, planning, tendering, budgeting, contract management and site supervision, and ESHS related topics.

Your qualifications and skills:

·      University degree (MSc) in MBA, Architecture, Social Sciences or similar;

·      >10 years of international experience in the design and implementation of complex public infrastructure, construction and capacity building projects, especially in the field of TVET and school construction;

·      Expertise in the design of state-of-the-art green buildings, ESHS standards, PPP and procurement of TVET equipment;

·      >5 years of work experience as a team leader in TVET projects;

·      Experience in the management of IFI-funded projects (KfW, GIZ, WB).
