Job description
The purpose of this TA is to support the identification, selection, preparation and implementation of technically, financially, economically, environmentally and socially sound investment projects in the water and solid waste sectors in the eligible Caribbean countries in accordance with national and EU priorities, whilst supporting and extending existing donor programmes as appropriate. Eligible countries are: Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Saint-Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago.

Main goal
He/she will be in charge of the overall procurement area, in terms of priorities and content, ensuring overall coherence of approach, ensuring adequacy to the needs, the objectives and purposes of the Consultancy and delivering timely quality outputs.

What we look for in your profile
Seureca is looking for a Procurement Specialist with the following requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Environmental / Hydraulic Engineering.

- Master’s degree in an Environment Engineering discipline will be added advantage.

General experience:

- Minimum of 15 years working experience
