Position: International Photovoltaic Team Leader

Type of contract: Freelance

Assignment: full time

Location: Jordan, Palestine, and Balkans

General Overview:

For our future and ongoing project, we are seeking an International Expert in the field of Photovoltaic power plant to be based in our related project offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management in the fields of Renewable Energy
• Experience in Balkans, Palestine, Jordan, MENA,
• Preliminary design, contract attribution, FIDIC yellow, and construction supervision
• Plan human resources, control budget and communicate with various stakeholders of the project
• Training and mentoring of counterpart employees

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• He/she should have master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, Science, Business, or economics, or equivalent.
• He/she should have at least 10 years’ experience in utility scale PV plant design and implementation
• He/she should have more than 15 years of professional experience in RNE sector
• He/she should have more than 10 years of management/leadership experience and experience on Donor Funded projects (KfW, World Bank, AFD)
• International work experience is a must
• Working experience in the MENA and/or Balkans region
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
