Description

We are looking for a senior Recruiter/Project Manager to manage and effectively execute significant donor-funded assignments awarded to DEVAID LTD. The scope of these assignments is the provision of recruitment services to the respective organizations (the country of work is defined per project). You shall ensure proper project implementation and execution of deliverables as described per TOR. The successful candidate will also source and identify relevant bidding opportunities for DEVAID LTD. After successful identification, the candidate will coordinate the proposal with other team members, lead the recruitment process and successfully assemble a bid, including all required communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage MCA- Timor-Leste and MCA- Indonesia Projects. The projects will be primarily managed remotely. However, some travel to the respective countries per necessity is anticipated.
  • Prepare proposals, recruit qualified staff, and coordinate the bidding process for upcoming BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) assignments.
  • Identify relevant assignments outside the BPA and prepare proposals for such bidding opportunities.
  • Ensure communication with the bid administering organizations (Donors, NGOs, Consultancies)
  • Manage acquired projects as defined per TOR.
  • Manage and supervise one junior PM.
  • Report directly to the CEO every week.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate for this position must have full professional proficiency in the English language.
  • Proven experience managing local and international projects in human resources and international recruitment fields.
  • Experience in the field of international development.
  • Experience with managing and coordinating a team.
  • Experience with recruitment and human resources management.
  • Largely independent.
