International Team Leader (m/f/d) and International Short term Expert (m/f/d) Water Supply Training

Short project description:
Capacity Building to Support Operatonal Sustainbility of Regional Water Supply System Wosusokas. 
Accompanying Measure linked as capacity building component to an investment project for the regional water supply system Wosusokas (SPAM Regional Wosusokas) in Central Java Province. Provide the regional water supply entity and each of four PDAM with the capabilities to train independently additional staff for the operation of the Wosusokas system, incl. a water treatment plant, off-taker reservoirs, booster pump stations and pipelines.

Job description:
International Team Leader (m/f/d): 

• Set up of institutional strengthening training program for the regional entity
• Development of course curricula and training materials
• Establishment of Standard Operation Procedures for WTP O&M, transmission pipes and reservoirs
• Coordination of a core national team leader and several national training experts for topics like NRW, O&M, , WTP O&M, SCADA Equipment O&M
• Participate in training for inhouse trainers (ToT approach)

International Short term Expert (m/f/d): 

• Support the international Team Leader with experience in Smart Water Management
• Participate in trainings for inhouse trainer (ToT approach)
• Establishment of Standard Operation Procedures for WTP O&M, transmission pipes and reservoirs

Detailed requirements

Education:
M.Sc. Civil Engineer and/or Environmental Science; Adult Professional Trainer

Country /Regional experience:
Training exercises in South East Asian Countries, especially in Indonesia

Languages:
English; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia would be an asset

Expertise / Profile:

International Team Leader (m/f/d):

• Trainer, ToT experience
• Comprehensive experience in the water sector and with the management of institutional services for water supply

International Short-term Expert (m/f/d):

• Trainer, ToT experience
• Profound experience in Smart Water Management
