The logistics procurement Officer is responsible coordinating purchasing, warehousing, and overseeing the management of all logistics, transportation systems, and direct day-to-day operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Follow up on matters related to procurement operations and transport and logistics systems.
- Follow-up of all procurement processes and ensure the application of policies approved by the organization's management.
- Follow up the registration of assets in the records of each project separately.
- Cooperating with the administration to integrate logistics services with work systems and operations, such as project management and the financial office.
- Implementation of the requirements of the donors regarding the application of logistical operations.
- Implements and maintains warehouse management and commodity tracking system.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistic or another related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supply chain management system and procedures
- Good networking capability
- The ability to deal with work pressure
- Microsoft office 365 Experience
- The ability to prepare reports.
