Juru Energy is looking for a Project Planner/Scheduler for various projects in Uzbekistan. We are looking for a highly organized Project Planner/Scheduler to execute and monitor project schedules. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers/ coordinators, set tasks, and monitor project timelines. You might also prepare project progress reports and performance evaluations.

Knowledge of one of the local languages, Uzbek or Russian, is a must.

Job responsibilities:

  • Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system;
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the Construction Manager;
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines;
  • Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner;
  • Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports;
  • Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules;
  • Recommend actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time;
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines;
  • Document project scheduling processes and maintain records.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be advantageous;
  • Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be advantageous;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Projects;
  • Extensive experience in schedule planning and management;
  • In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry;
  • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions;
  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes;
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
