Requirement- Looking for National Expert - Urban development specialist/deputy team leader

·      Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with master’s degree in urban planning or equivalent

·      10 years of experience in carrying out municipal service assessment, project identification, and asset management and financing plans

·      Good command of English with ability to write reports in English

·      Experience in East Asia is preferred
