Business Development/Operations Specialist - Специалист по развитию бизнеса

Juru Energy is looking for a Business Development/Operations Specialist for our Tashkent, Uzbekistan office. We are looking for a proactive, accountable and self-motivated individual to be a part of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teams’ ongoing business development and operations activities.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze market trends to expand network and identify new business opportunities;
• Assist the teams in developing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients;
• Proactively manage pool of international and local experts, prepare and periodically update profiles of FTEs;
• Coordinate the communication with Clients and Partners;
• Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of business operations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR and implementation teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operations activities;
• Be open to taking on new challenges and opportunities as they arise, and embrace the chance to expand your skill set and contribute to the success of the company in unexpected ways.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any other related field;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a commercial and/or corporate environment;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and Google workspace;
• Understanding of commercial fundamentals;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and experts;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
