Key expert 2: Senior Communication Advisor (minimum 440 working days) 
Qualifications and skills 
• Master Degree in Social sciences, business, law, humanities, e.g. in fields such as Journalism, Communications, Political Science/International Relations, Marketing or a relevant, directly related discipline. Alternatively, a Bachelor Degree in the same field(s) plus additional 3 years of general professional experience (in addition to the number of years of professional experience required under the minimum requirement for general professional 
experience).
• Proficient user in English (equivalent to C1 or C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR).

General professional experience 
• General professional experience of five (5) years in the sector of communication, or public relations, or issue policy advocacy, or marketing. 

Specific professional experience 
Minimum requirements
• Two (2) years of professional experience in designing and implementing information or communication campaigns aimed at general public (e.g. communication, public awareness campaigns, issue/policy advocacy). 
• One (1) year of professional experience in strategic and crisis communication. 

Preferred requirements
• Proven professional experience of EU enlargement process. 
• Proven professional experience in cultural communication/diplomacy
