Agricultural Census - Technical Assistance

Position: Expert 2 (70 WD)

General description of the position: CAPI design expert

Qualifications and skills required: 

• Masters degree
• Specific degree in the domain of statistics and survey techniques will be considered an asset
• Specific certification of expertise in census and survey CAPI software (and in particular CSPRO and Survey Solutions) will be considered an important asset

Specific professional experience:

• At least six years experience in the area of census and survey design and programming
• At least one experience in the programming and support to a CAPI based census - experience in programming census/ survey
  questionnaires using Survey Solutions and/or CSPRO will be a strong asset - Specific experience in programming census/survey questionnaire for an agricultural census will be an important asset
