Code of Conduct

Nasaem Khair Code of Conduct reflects the profession’s core set of beliefs and values of care, respect, trust, and integrity. These beliefs and values are fundamental to NKO employees, volunteers, interns, consultants, officers’ coordinators, and directors to guide their practice and conduct.

The Code is organized into categories, as follows:

Always act with fairness, honesty, integrity, and openness; respect the opinions of others and treat all with equality and dignity without regard to gender, race, color, creed, ancestry, place of origin, political beliefs, religion, marital status, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
Provide a positive and valued experience for those receiving service within and outside NKO.

Job description:

• Ensure quality and effective design and implementation of project logic frameworks, indicators measurements, data collection tools and MEAL plans;
• Provide timely and quality advice and guidance to project team to ensure reflective implementation of projects’ activities, meaningful outcomes and to meet their specific MEAL needs;
• Assist internal monitoring and evaluation processes in order to capture and document lessons learned and best practices, including conducting Frequent visits and engaging all relevant stakeholders in reflective practices.
• Meet regularly with Nasaem’s staff to review progress of projects against project objectives, indicators and deliverables, and give meaningful input and recommendations for projects’ management and institutional learning;
• Assist development of the MEAL Framework;
• Contribute to the design and deployment of new tools as required (questionnaires, pre-posts, PDMs, KAPs, satisfaction surveys. etc.…)
• Provide support in creation of new data collection methodologies and strategies to evaluate projects
• Be directly engaged in the continuing development of the organization, its offices and its staff, through the sharing of experience and knowledge;
• As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the position holder may be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with the above key duties.
