Agricultural Census - Technical Assistance - Albania (Rfs: 21786) under Lot 5
???? Albania with provision for home-based work. ???? Missions outside Tirana (in Albania) are limited to 5 working days.
????️ Start Date: 28/10/2023 Duration: 18 months (End Date: 20/04/2025)
The global objective is the successful preparation and execution of the agricultural census 2024.
Positions Available:
1️⃣ Expert 2: CAPI Design Expert - Cat. II (>6 years of experience) Qualifications: Master's degree in statistics or related. CAPI software certification (CSPRO, Survey Solutions) is a major asset.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in census and survey design. Specific CAPI-based census experience is required.
Duration: 70 days
2️⃣ Expert 1 and Team leader: Expert in Agricultural Census - Cat. I (>12 years of experience) Qualifications: Master's degree in statistics or related. Agricultural statistics degree is an asset.
Experience: 12 years in statistics, census methodology, agricultural statistics. Specific experience in agricultural census and surveys in the Western Balkans region is an asset.
Duration: 140 days
???? Language: Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Albanian is a plus.
