The IPPF EN Regional Office is recruiting an
Architect of Cooperation (Full time)
Based in Central Asia

Are you skilled at supporting NGOs in diverse contexts and geographical settings? Can you build relationships while remaining objective on performance? Do you love spotting opportunities and connecting different types of civil society organisations within and across borders? Are you passionate about keeping a relentless focus on ensuring the health and rights of those most excluded by our societies? Maybe you even have experience acting from within to fight for those rights. Then join our team!
We’re looking for an Architect of Cooperation, based in Central Asia. This exciting new role is an enabler and partner of our Member Associations (MAs) - they listen; learn; make connections to help MAs develop and grow; leverage expertise that exist in MAs and help share that expertise with others across IPPF. These roles will be crucial in ensuring IPPF really adds the value MAs want and increases their impact for people.
We are also looking for a particular skills that will not only benefit the MAs you will work with, but will contribute to our multidisciplinary team of Architects and help across the board to improve our MA development and support work. So you’ll bring either your experience in humanitarian (preparedness and/or response) work, particularly in the context of working with migrants and refugees, and/ or a solid knowledge of budgeting and financial management, along with a track record on strengthening organisational systems/processes. You’ll be fluent in English as well as Russian.
